Jeff Litchfield is a friend of ours and a third generation machinist with over 40 years of experience, working on a non-computerized 1950s manual lathe using traditional machinist's hand tools, turning each brass candleholder the old fashioned way. The Mushroom is a different expression of the same exquisite craft that produces the Beehive: a solid C360 brass form with the gentle, rounded cap of a mushroom, satisfying in the hand and quietly sculptural on a table or mantelpiece. Like all of Jeff's work, it is made through a sixteen-step process that no machine could replicate, and built to last for generations. Fits a standard 7/8" taper candle.
